A growing number of reports and graphs are available in the PRA System. This is the required AICPA report when being audited where the balances can be defined. All reports can be saved, printed or exported to Excel, Word or HTML.

PRA System's reports are based on real-world needs. How do we know? Our clients asked for them. After 20 plus years of helping our clients to achieve their reserve goals, we know that even the best methodoligies for tracking information are worthless if you can't get the information you need, when you need it.
Our growing library of reports includes a wide array of report types, sorting options, and presentation methods. Most reports are available in portrait and landscape.
The highlights:
- Reports can be previewed and printed in PDF, Excel, Word or HTML
- Report customization in Excel, Word or HTML
- Charts - Cash Flow (up to 40 years), Item Parameter and Percent Funded (up to 40 years)

- Report Builder - auto table of contents and page numbering
PRA report headers, footers and images can be customized, while individual fonts can be selected for report titles, column labels and report body. Reports are broken down into several categories. A sample includes:
Item Reports:
- Parameter – Summary (includes notes), Detail, Full Detail (includes notes and images), Unit Detail, Individual Unit & Worksheets
- Expenditures – Matrix-Description, Sub Category, Category, List-Date Sub Monthly, Date Sub Annually, Item Number, Description, Sub Category, Individual Unit
Financial Reports:
- Cash Flow – 10, 20, 30 or 40 Years (or select the number of years (i.e. 33 years), Annual and Monthly, Matrix-Annual
- Analysis Summary – Replacement Costs, Fund Balances and Funds Required
- Cash Management – Account Data and Availability
- Average Interest Rate (if utilizing the Cash Management module)
Property Reports:
- Phases, Units & Models – Definition detail
- Unit Address – Numbers and Models
- Model Allocation – Contribution by model type (wholly-owned, timeshare, points & entitlements)
- Definition – Property configuration
Supplemental Reports:
- Percent Funded-Annual
- Percent Funded/Cash Flow-Annual Matrix
- Percent Funded-Portfolio
- Allocation Reports – system calculates items or categories, or customizable by user entering reserve item cash balances or by user entering category cash balances:
