Report Writer & Editor
Report Writer/Editor allows for a summary narrative customization with merging of data and images.
The Report Writer/Editor is a full text editor with data and image merges and document preview which provides for producing customized narratives to accompany PRA reports. The system provides four report templates (links to view individual templates):
- Annual Reporting Requirements Summary
- Reserve Study Summary
- California Disclosure Summary
- Cover Letter
- Cover Page
- Table of Contents, and a
- Blank Template
All the above templates contain data links to the system's databases. These template's can be customized and additional data links and images can be added. Customized templates can be saved to be accessed at any time by any property.
When updating properties reserve data from year to year (when rolling the analysis date forward), the templates are automatically updated with the current data. This will save time and money in the following years.
