Financial Features
By selecting Cash Flow in the Work-Area view screen and opening Global Parameters, any of the Main Menu selections can be edited. By Clicking apply, the View-Cash Flow is automatically updated. This also applies to the Expenditure and Percent Funded view screens.

- Annual Contribution – customize Contribution Factor on an annual basis
- Loan/Special Assessments – enter monthly amounts reflected in Cash Flows
- Deferred Expenditures – enter monthly amounts reflected in Cash Flows
- Adjusted Contribution – enter percentage of funds received on a monthly basis
- Taxes – tax rates and payment method reflected in expenditure
